Northern Red Cardinal In Winter

"Northern Red Cardinal In Winter" by Debbie Oppermann. It was a cold, snowy winter day when I spotted this male Northern Red Cardinal perched on the snowy branch of the Spruce tree in my backyard in Guelph Ontario. In the winter months the beautiful Red Cardinals always seem to be that much a deeper red which makes them such a welcome sight on cloudy days.
